Hello! I’m Sushil Cheema.

I have over 15 years of experience as a creative professional – as a journalist, a photographer, and a fiction writer – and I regularly use my storytelling, listening, reporting, researching, and interviewing skills in my coaching practive. I also lean on my top values – creativity, integrity, and trust – as a foundation for my work.

I’m based in Tampa, Florida, but work with clients across the globe. Many of my clients work in media and journalism, but I have coached people in a variety of industries, including financial services, engineering, technology, and digital marketing, among others, both in the corporate and non-profit sectors. In addition to 1:1 coaching on these areas, I regularly hold workshops for teams and present at conferences.
